Every Raleigh Cakes order is made from scratch and built around your vision, so we start with a few quick questions about your event. It takes a minute or two. We read every inquiry and reply typically within hours. Once the details are set, we send an invoice for your deposit, and your date is locked the moment it’s paid.

Before you reach out

• Lead time: At least 1 week notice is needed, and more is ideal. A Monday request for that weekend is usually fine; Friday for the following Monday, almost never. Signature Cakes require only 3 business days order timing and you can order right now online.
• Pricing: Custom cakes start around $150 for small (8-12 serving) designs; sculpted, fondant, and hyper-realistic work starts in the low-$200s. Below that size or budget, our Signature Cakes are built for exactly this.
• Scope: This form is for custom celebration cake only — we don’t make or offer specialty or undecorated cakes (cheesecakes, pies, tarts, etc), plain/grocery-style sheet cakes outside weddings, or standalone edible decor. We offer various budget friendly “Design Your Own Cake” options including Theme Cakes and Image Cakes through our Signature Store that skips the back and forth and lets you customize and order online in minutes.
